What sets Greg apart as a real estate professional is an intuitive understanding that no two clients or properties are alike. As a result, he insists on creating a distinctive experience for every one of his buyers and sellers based on their specific needs, interests, and personalities. "Every home and every person is unique,” Greg explains. “I’m a firm believer in tailoring my approach for every client.” One thing Greg doesn’t change is the calm and professional demeanor he brings to every transaction, an approach that his clients find reassuring amid the often complex and chaotic New York City real estate world. As a native New Yorker, Greg has a deep knowledge of NYC and focuses on residential sales and investments throughout Manhattan. He thrives at any opportunity to interact with different kinds of people, which is a theme that has guided his career from the very beginning.
After graduating with a B.S. and B.A. in Marketing from the Kogod College of Business Administration at American University in Washington D.C., Greg spent ten years progressing through a series of leadership positions at a large retail automotive parts company, eventually managing the company’s 22 stores and overseeing its wholesale sales team and business relationships.
Greg’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion to help clients create better lifestyles led him to a new challenge in the late 1990s. He capitalized on his background in marketing and business management to become a certified personal trainer and launch Greg Fitness, which he has operated for over a decade.
Greg sees endless parallels between his work in real estate and fitness. As a trainer, Greg developed an approach that was comprehensive yet tailored to specific objectives. He helped his clients by tapping into his knowledge and expertise, then, came up with a customized program based on each individual’s goals and personality.
He now applies the same model to his current real estate clients: identifying specific goals, filtering them through his deep understanding of the local and national real estate markets, and then tailoring a ‘routine,’ for each buyer, seller, and renter.
Originally from Long Island, Greg has lived in New York City since 1988 and currently owns his own home in Chelsea and Rhinebeck, NY.
